PLR License Terms

These license terms govern the use of digital products purchased from the Lucky Ace PLR Bundle store. By purchasing any product or bundle, you agree to the following terms.

1. License Types

Private Label Rights (PLR)

You CAN:

Modify, edit, and rebrand the products
Add your own name, logo, and branding
Sell the modified products as your own
Use the products for personal or commercial purposes
Bundle the products with other products
Give away the products as bonuses or lead magnets
Use the products for client work

Master Resell Rights (MRR)

Available with the Pro and Ultimate bundles. In addition to all PLR rights:

You CAN additionally:

Resell the products and pass along resell rights to your buyers
Your buyers can also resell the products
Sell the resell rights as a separate product

Full Resell Rights

Available exclusively with the Ultimate bundle. Includes all PLR and MRR rights plus:

Additional rights:

Unrestricted resale on any platform worldwide
No limitations on pricing — sell at any price you choose
Pass along full resell rights to your customers
Access to future product updates at no additional cost

2. Restrictions

Regardless of the license type, the following restrictions apply:

You may NOT claim to be the original creator of the underlying content concept.
You may NOT sell or distribute the products on "free download" sites.
You may NOT use the products for illegal, defamatory, or harmful purposes.
You may NOT resell the products in their exact original, unmodified form as a "PLR product" (you should add value by rebranding, modifying, or bundling).
You may NOT issue refunds on behalf of Lucky Ace for products purchased through our store.

3. Delivery & Access

All products are delivered digitally via instant download links after payment is confirmed. Download links will be sent to the email address associated with your PayPal account.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the digital and instantly deliverable nature of these products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once download links have been provided. If you experience technical issues accessing your files, please contact us and we will resolve the issue promptly.

5. Liability

Lucky Ace provides these products "as-is" and makes no guarantees about income or earnings from reselling. Your results depend entirely on your effort, marketing strategy, and execution. Income examples and testimonials on our website are for illustrative purposes only.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these license terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Purchases made before changes take effect retain the license terms active at the time of purchase.
